Ordering & Samples
How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply add your desired products and quantities to your cart, then check out and select your delivery date. We’ll contact you within 1 business day to start the design process. You’ll be able to send us your logos, images, and any design ideas or notes. Once you approve the final design, we’ll begin production and ship your order in time for your chosen date.
What if I don’t have a design of my own?
No problem at all – you don’t need a design to place an order. We offer a variety of stock designs you can browse for inspiration (check them out here). We’ll customize your chosen design to match your colours, text, theme, or event. Every design can be adjusted to fit any of our products.
How much notice do you need to place an order?
Most orders are produced within 5–10 business days. Larger or bulk orders may require additional time. If you need your order sooner, please reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Is there discounted pricing for larger quantities?
Yes, discounts are available for larger quantities. Just scroll down to the ‘Bulk Pricing’ section on any product page.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Before we begin production, you’ll receive a digital proof to review and approve. If you’d like to see a physical sample, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to discuss options.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
Most products can be shipped across North America. During the summer months, shipping for chocolate products may be limited.
How are products packaged for delivery?
All orders are packed in corrugated boxes with bubble wrap and additional support materials to ensure safe delivery. Depending on the weather and the items ordered, a warm-weather fee ($15.00 per box) may apply for cool packs and insulation. Thanks to rigorous testing and quality control, our breakage rate remains under 1%.
Where do you ship from?
Canadian orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, and U.S orders are shipped from Buffalo, New York.
What are expected shipping times?
Shipping timelines vary by destination and typically range from 1–7 business days. Please contact us for more detailed estimates.
Can you ship gifts to multiple addresses?
Yes – multi-address shipping is available, with an additional fee applied to each shipment. Please contact us for more information.
Product & Production
Can you colour match my logo?
We offer full colour-matching on stickers, tags, and packaging. Due to FDA and CFIA restrictions on food-safe colouring, we can’t guarantee exact colour matching on our custom cookies, and colours may appear more muted. A digital mockup will be sent for approval before production.
What type of file do you need for printing?
AI, EPS, PDF, PNG or JPG are all acceptable file types.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Shelf life varies by product, so we recommend checking the details on each product page. Just scroll down to ‘Product Details’ on any product page to view the shelf life for that specific item.
Is your facility gluten-free?
No, our facility is not gluten-free. While some products don’t contain gluten ingredients, they are made in a shared environment, so we cannot guarantee they are free from trace amounts. If you’d like more information about these products, please call us to inquire.

Can I add a sticker or tag to my cookies?
Yes — we can add custom stickers or tags for an additional charge. Please inquire directly for pricing.
