How Do I Customize My Cookies?
Once you place your order, we’ll be in touch within 1 business day to get your logo or design, or work with you to create one together! We also have tons of stock designs you can browse here.
Can I Get a Sample?

Before we begin production, you’ll receive a digital proof to review and approve. If you’d like to see a physical sample, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to discuss options.

How Do You Ensure The Cookies Arrive Intact?

All orders are packed in corrugated boxes with bubble wrap and additional support materials to ensure safe delivery. Thanks to rigorous testing and quality control, our breakage rate remains under 1%.

Can You Colour Match My Logo?

We offer full colour-matching on stickers, tags, and packaging. However, due to FDA and CFIA restrictions on food-safe colouring, we can’t guarantee exact colour matching on our custom cookies, and colours may appear more muted. A digital mockup will be sent for approval before production.

What Is the Shelf Life of Your Cookies?
Our Shortbread Cookies have a 2-month shelf life, and our Biscotti has a shelf life of 3 months. We also offer chocolates, candies, and confections that have longer shelf lives of up to 1 year.
